We’re a four-person Calgary crew that spends the rest of the week directing music videos and brand films. The craft that makes a band look like themselves on camera is the same craft that makes your project manager sound like a person on camera.
Planning and scripting
Before we script anything, we ask who the video is for and why they’d watch it voluntarily. A recruitment film competes with everything else on a candidate’s screen. The messaging plan we build in discovery starts there.
Then we write. Sometimes that’s a full script, more often a set of interview questions designed so your people say the important things in their own words. Interview-led films also age better, since nothing has to be re-recorded when a title or a team changes.
On set
We show up small, four people and their kit, and we light and mic properly on the day. We do our own post, so we know what the edit will need. Interviews are conversations. We coach people through it, shoot generously, and leave the worst takes out.
B-roll gets planned in advance. Shots of your shop floor, your site, your product in real hands carry the film between voices and keep it specific to you.
Delivery and cutdowns
The edit, grade, and motion graphics happen in-house. You get the hero cut for your website, shorter versions for LinkedIn and Instagram, and clean clips for the sales deck and the careers page, all from the one shoot.

- Four to six weeks for a standard piece. A week or two of planning and scripting, one or two shoot days, and the rest in edit and revisions. Compliance or legal review on your side is the usual variable, so we build it into the schedule up front.
- Can you film at our facility or job site?
- Yes. Offices, shops, plants, and sites across Calgary and the surrounding area. We handle safety orientations and PPE requirements as part of planning.
